Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs with ketchup, baking powder, tomato paste, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F and cook the chicken for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F.
Notes
For a quicker cook, you can air fry at 400°F for 7-10 minutes instead of 350°F.
